2026–2027 Registration & Online Data Confirmation

Dear Husky Families,

Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year at South Hills High School! We are excited to welcome our students back and look forward to another great year.

 Step 1: Complete Online Data Confirmation (Required)

The Aeries Online Data Confirmation portal opens Monday, August 3, 2026.

All families must complete Online Data Confirmation before school begins on Monday, August 17, 2026.

While completing Data Confirmation, please be sure to submit the Education Benefit Form at the end of the process.

Already have an Aeries Parent Portal account?

Simply log in to your account and complete Data Confirmation.

All students must attend registration at South Hills High School to receive their:

•  Class schedule

•  Student ID

•  Textbooks

•  Chromebook (if needed)

Please bring:

•  McKinney-Vento Form

•  PTSA Membership Form (optional)

• Seniors - Senior Contract and Document Release Authorization (See below for more information)

Registration Schedule

 Registration begins at 8:30 AM

 Lunch Break: 11:30 AM–12:30 PM

 Last student accepted in line: 3:00 PM

 Registration Dates

• Seniors (12th Grade): Wednesday, August 5

• Juniors (11th Grade): Thursday, August 6

• Sophomores (10th Grade): Friday, August 7

• Freshmen (9th Grade): Monday, August 10

 Important Reminder

Both Online Data Confirmation AND In-Person Registration must be completed.

Students who have not completed both requirements will have their classes dropped on Friday, August 14.

 What Happens at Registration?

Students will:

•  Pick up their unofficial class schedule

•  Meet with a counselor to review class schedule

•  Take their student ID/yearbook photo (Pricing Flyer HERE)

•  Pick up textbooks

•  Receive a Chromebook (if needed)

•  Visit the ASB office to purchase (Pricing Flyer HERE)

Bring completed forms to registration for:

•  Parking Permit (Google Form)

•  Junior/Senior Lunch Pass

 Seniors: Required Documents

Attention Class of 2027!

All seniors must complete and submit the following required forms during registration:

• Document Release Authorization

• SHHS Senior Grade & Attendance Contract

These forms are required for all seniors and should be completed and turned in at registration to ensure you receive important senior information and remain eligible to participate in senior activities and events throughout the school year.

Both forms are attached for your convenience.
