California Community Colleges

The California Community Colleges is the largest system of higher education in the nation.  There are 113 community colleges throughout California, and each offers a unique experience depending on the needs of the student.  At these universities, students can receive workforce training, complete basic English and math courses, complete a certificate or degree program, or prepare to transfer to a four-year institution.  A California Community College is often the most affordable choice when compared to UC and CSU.
